Refund policy

All sales at Glow Babe Go are final.

Because our products are digital downloads (PDFs, guides, workbooks, journals, and audio files) delivered instantly after purchase, we're unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once a purchase is made and the file has been accessed or downloaded. This is because digital files can't be "returned" the way a physical product can.

By completing a purchase, you agree to these terms.

Before you buy: every product page includes a description of exactly what's inside, so please read it carefully to make sure it's the right fit for you before checking out.

If something's actually wrong — you were charged but never received your file, your download link isn't working, or the file is corrupted or incomplete — that's not a refund request, that's on us to fix. Reach out at glowbabego@gmail.com and we'll get it sorted.

Custom orders (like personalized subliminal audio): because these are made specifically for you, they follow this same no-refund policy once delivered, in addition to the above.
